This is a hands on course where you will be creating a model for how our transportation elements work together to form efficiently smooth running pupil transportation.

Because things can change unexpectedly in routing, we will practice adding and removing schools from multi-school runs. We will also build a cluster of schools and explore the benefits and challenges of clustered runs.

Description: This two session class is designed for the beginner to learn the basics of Boundary Planning. The focus will be on setup and data loading techniques. You will be challenged to build datasets, load data to screen, apply themes, and query data. The sessions will be completed with the process of producing a nice plot layout of your displayed data. This course does not require previous Boundary Planning knowledge or work. It is recommended for districts that are or are considering licensing of the Boundary Planning software.
