YOUR AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IS DEEMED TO OCCUR UPON YOUR FIRST USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD STOP USING THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.
Application of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy does not apply when you purchase our solutions or when we process personal data on behalf of a customer. For information about a customer’s data practices, please contact the customer directly. We are not responsible for our customers’ privacy or security practices.
Collection of Personal Data and Information
Edulog collects personal data about users of the Site to improve your experience, provide information about our solutions and services, and to perform statistical, demographic, and marketing analyses of users of the Site and their behavioral patterns. When you submit a contact or registration form on the Site, you may choose to disclose information including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, along with information regarding your employment or personal preferences and interests.

Retaining Information
We retain and use your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our business requirements and legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to protect our assets, to provide our services, and to enforce our agreements. - HubSpot, Inc. receives website usage data collected through HubSpot's tracking technology, including IP address and browsing behavior on the Site. - Salesforce, Inc. receives personal data you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site, such as webinar registrations and contact requests. This data may include your name, email address, phone number, employer, and other information you provide. Each of these service providers is subject to contractual obligations to protect your personal data and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We do not sell your personal data. - HubSpot (operated by HubSpot, Inc.) sets cookies including hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, and __hssrc to identify your browser across sessions and track your browsing activity on the Site. These cookies collect your IP address and behavioral data such as pages visited and links clicked. HubSpot cookies persist for up to thirteen months. This data is used for marketing analytics and to associate your browsing activity with any subsequent form submission you make.

Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Site. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
IP Address Collection. Regardless of cookie settings, our analytics and marketing service providers collect your IP address when you access the Site. Your IP address may be used to approximate your geographic location at the city or regional level.
Security
Any transmission of personal information to or using our Site is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. Edulog.com uses Invisible ReCAPTCHA a security service by Google that protects websites from spam and abuse without requiring users to click "I'm not a robot" boxes.

If a data breach on our Site compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are required to do so by applicable law. We are committed to keeping personal data secure. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against its unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Such measures have been implemented taking into account the state of the art of the technology, their cost of implementation, the risks presented by the processing, and the nature of the personal data.

As a convenience to you, we may provide links from our Site to other websites maintained by independent third-parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-parties. We are headquartered in Montana United States, and personal information is transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States as well as other countries in which we or our affiliates, partners, service providers, or agents maintain facilities. By sending us personal information or using the Site, you agree and consent to the processing of your personal information in locations such as the United States, which may not offer the levels of protection required in other countries.
