The following terms are the privacy policy of Education Logistics, LLC (“Edulog” or “we” or “our” or “us” )  for our website (the “Site”). 

Consent

YOUR AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IS DEEMED TO OCCUR UPON YOUR FIRST USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD STOP USING THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. 

Application of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy does not apply when you purchase our solutions or when we process personal data on behalf of a customer. For information about a customer’s data practices, please contact the customer directly. We are not responsible for our customers’ privacy or security practices.  

Collection of Personal Data and Information

Edulog collects personal data about users of the Site to improve your experience, provide information about our solutions and services, and to perform statistical, demographic, and marketing analyses of users of the Site and their behavioral patterns. When you submit a contact or registration form on the Site, you may choose to disclose information including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, along with information regarding your employment or personal preferences and interests.  

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request to us at info@edulog.com to request that we not make any sale (pursuant to Nevada law) of any covered information (pursuant to Nevada law) that we have collected or will collect about you. Please provide your name and contact information in your request, and we will respond to your request pursuant to Nevada law.]

Retaining Information

We retain and use your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our business requirements and legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to protect our assets, to provide our services, and to enforce our agreements. We take reasonable steps to delete the personal information we collect when (a) we have a legal obligation to do so, (b) we no longer have a purpose for retaining the information, and (c) if you ask us to delete your information, unless we determine that doing so would violate our legal, regulatory, dispute resolution, contractual, or similar obligations. We may also decide to delete your personal information if we believe it is incomplete, inaccurate, or that our continued storage of your personal information is contrary to our legal obligations or business objectives. To the extent permitted by law, we may retain and use anonymous and aggregated information for performance reporting, benchmarking, and analytic purposes and service improvement. When we delete data, it will be removed from our active databases, but it may remain in our archives when it is not practical or possible to delete it.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Edulog shall not share your personal data with third-parties. We have service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, marketing, and analytics. These entities may have access to personal data if necessary or useful to performance of their functions. If obtaining such access, these third-parties shall be subject to confidentiality and security obligations with respect to such data. We may share information about you with our partner organizations in order to provide you with information and services that you have requested or that we believe may be of interest to you. We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.  

 

We use the following service providers that may receive personal data you submit through the Site: 

 

  • Google LLC receives website usage data collected through Google Analytics, including IP address, pages visited, session duration, referral source, and browser and device information.   • HubSpot, Inc. receives website usage data collected through HubSpot's tracking technology, including IP address and browsing behavior on the Site. HubSpot uses this data to provide us with marketing analytics and CRM services. HubSpot's privacy policy is available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy. 
  • Salesforce, Inc. receives personal data you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site, such as webinar registrations and contact requests. This data may include your name, email address, phone number, employer, and other information you provide. Salesforce uses this data to provide us with marketing automation and customer relationship management services. Salesforce's privacy policy is available at salesforce.com/company/privacy. 

 

Each of these service providers is subject to contractual obligations to protect your personal data and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose personal data to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, or protect our legal rights. 

Tracking Tools and Third Parties

Some personal data may be collected by us or our partners through cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies for a variety of purposes.

Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use the following third-party cookies: 

  • Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) sets cookies including _ga, _gid, and _ga_[ID] to distinguish users and sessions. These cookies collect your IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and browser and device type. Google Analytics cookies persist for up to two years. This data is used to analyze Site traffic and improve our content. 

 

  • HubSpot (operated by HubSpot, Inc.) sets cookies including hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, and __hssrc to identify your browser across sessions and track your browsing activity on the Site. These cookies collect your IP address and behavioral data such as pages visited and links clicked. HubSpot cookies persist for up to thirteen months. This data is used for marketing analytics and to associate your browsing activity with any subsequent form submission you make. 

 

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Instructions for common browsers are available at the browser developer's support pages. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Site. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. 

 

IP Address Collection. Regardless of cookie settings, our analytics and marketing service providers collect your IP address when you access the Site. Your IP address may be used to approximate your geographic location at the city or regional level. 

Security

Any transmission of personal information to or using our Site is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. We have put security measures in place to protect personal information from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed in an unauthorized manner and to detect fraudulent identify-verification activity, including when transmitting personal information in response to data subject requests. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technologies and methods. However, no security system is perfect or 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to or from the Site. Edulog.com uses Invisible ReCAPTCHA a security service by Google that protects websites from spam and abuse without requiring users to click "I'm not a robot" boxes.

Data Breach

If a data breach on our Site compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are required to do so by applicable law. We are committed to keeping personal data secure. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against its unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Such measures have been implemented taking into account the state of the art of the technology, their cost of implementation, the risks presented by the processing, and the nature of the personal data.  

Third-Party Websites and Features

As a convenience to you, we may provide links from our Site to other websites maintained by independent third-parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-parties. Any use of third-party websites is at your own risk, and we assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a Site link to another website on this Site does not imply any endorsement of the website themselves or of those in control of them. 

Personal Data in the United States

We are headquartered in Montana United States, and personal information is transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States as well as other countries in which we or our affiliates, partners, service providers, or agents maintain facilities. By sending us personal information or using the Site, you agree and consent to the processing of your personal information in locations such as the United States, which may not offer the levels of protection required in other countries. We rely on recognized legal bases to lawfully conduct cross-border/international transfers of personal information, such as express consent, when transfer is necessary for us to deliver services pursuant to an agreement, or when the transfer is subject to safeguards that assure the protection of the personal information. 

Minors

No one under the age of 18 may access, browse, or use the Site or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18 without a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent, we will take steps to stop collecting that information and delete it. If you believe we have any received information from a child under the age of 18, please contact us using the “Contact Us” details provided below. 

Termination

Edulog may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without any notice to you. If we make any changes we shall post an updated Privacy Policy on our Site and any updates shall become effective as of the date stated. You are expected to, and you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to carefully review this Privacy Policy prior to using the Site, and from time to time, so that you are aware of its current terms. Your continued use of the Site after the “last updated” date will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to any changes and to our collection and sharing of your information according to the then-current Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
