Counterparties and vendors may review these documents prior to or in connection with contract execution. Execution of an agreement containing an incorporation-by-reference clause constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms as of the effective date of that agreement.

Edulog may update these documents from time to time. The version and effective date published on this page govern unless a fully executed agreement specifies otherwise. Parties to existing agreements should refer to the version in effect as of the effective date of their agreement or any applicable amendment.
