Pender County Schools in North Carolina partnered with Edulog's Advisory Services Group to address a growing transportation challenge. A decade of growth along the county's eastern coast had made their two-tier bell schedule unsustainable. Through collaborative study, Edulog identified a three-tier configuration for the eastern district that improved service without adding bus routes and helped implement it in time for the 2025-26 school year.
