DR. HIEN NGUYEN
Founder & Chairman
Dr. Hien Nguyen created the first software for route planning and management. Dr. Nguyen has a PhD in mathematics from MIT and an MBA from Sloan School of Management.
Perry Turbes
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Perry Turbes brings more than 25 years of experience building software companies that earn the long-term trust of their customers. As a multi-time CEO and board member, he has grown businesses by investing in product, developing high-performing teams, and putting customer outcomes at the center of every decision. Perry's career includes nearly two decades at Quorum Software, rising from early product and sales roles to CEO. He later led HungerRush, a point-of-sale and payments platform for multi-unit restaurant operators, and served as Interim CEO of Procurement Partners, a spend management platform for healthcare organizations. He also serves on the boards of Procurement Partners and IsoMetrix. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

LAM NGUYEN-BULL
Chief Experience Officer
Lam leads Edulog's Advisory Services team. Prior to joining Edulog, she worked as a business strategy consultant to mobile communications companies across the US and Europe, was a private practice litigator, and served as in-house legal counsel for transportation and logistics companies.
ROBERT MADORSKY
Chief Financial Officer
Robert is dedicated to driving value creation through data-driven financial leadership. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, he oversees Edulog's financial operations, capital allocation, and fiscal strategy. He previously served as Chief Transformation Officer and VP of Finance at HungerRush, where he led strategic planning and the acquisition and integration of multiple software companies. Robert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
ROBERT WARMACK
Chief Technology Officer
Robert is passionate about building secure, scalable technology platforms that drive innovation and operational excellence. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads Edulog's technical vision, engineering teams, and security architecture. Previously, Robert was focused on technical and AI strategy as the chief consultant and principal architect for companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to early-stage startups. Robert holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and pursued graduate studies in Information Assurance at the University of Houston.
TODD JOLLY
Chief Sales Officer
Todd brings deep expertise in K–12 technology markets and has built trusted relationships with school district leaders nationwide. As Chief Sales Officer, he leads Edulog's sales organization, go-to-market execution, and strategic partnerships. With more than 30 years in education technology, Todd has held senior leadership roles at industry-leading EdTech organizations and co-founded what became the fastest-growing K–12 communication platform. Todd holds a B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University.
CHRISTY SPIVEY
Chief Customer Officer
Christy Spivey came to EdTech by way of the classroom. With a Master's degree in English and a background as a high school English teacher, she has spent over two decades building on that foundation. Christy is an EdTech executive whose career spans nearly every part of the business, from product and curriculum development to operations, professional services, and customer success. She builds teams that are productive, adaptable, and clear on what they are working toward, and has consistently delivered results through periods of significant growth and change. She leads with clarity, high standards, and a genuine investment in the people and districts she serves.
